Our client, a car dealer group head office, based in Hedge End has the requirement for a Contact Centre Executive to join their high performing team.

Please note, previous Contact Centre experience is not required as full training is provided. This role will suit anyone with an outgoing personality, an excellent telephone manner and the drive to achieve and outperform targets, and a stable career history.

Responsibilities

As an After sales contact advisor your responsibilities will include:
Taking “warm” calls from existing customers
Secure bookings for Servicing, Repairs & MOTS’s
Outbound calling to customer for retention and Feedback of service
Be knowledgeable about the services available
Maximising every opportunity
Delivering the very highest levels of customer service
