Responsibilities

• Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand requirements.
• Demonstrates suitable options and guides customers to test drives.
• Appraises part exchange and obtains quotes for paint or repair work.
• Quotes sale price and determines payment or finance options with the Sales Manager.
• Coordinates with Sales Administration for delivery, handover and records.
• Maintains showroom standards and complies with FCA guidelines.
