Job summary

Nationwide is looking for a Customer Consultant in Perth, Scotland. This permanent, part-time role (21 hours per week) supports customers in branch and over the phone, helping with everyday transactions and guiding them to banking products and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is helpful.
• Comfortable guiding customers through banking products and services.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately and securely.
• Help customers get the most from our digital services.
• Guide customers to suitable banking products and services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at peak times.
• Follow processes, flag issues, and escalate when needed to protect customers.
