The role of Customer Consultant includes engaging in conversations to find out our customers’ needs, providing information about our full savings range, products, and services. By listening to and understanding our customers, you will help them review their circumstances and goals, while providing a straightforward and helpful service that showcases your enthusiasm and professionalism.

In branch, we support our customers face-to-face, virtually, and through outbound contact, reaching them at relevant times. Whether promoting a new product or resolving an issue, you will always prioritize our customers’ needs and deliver first-class service every time.

The role pays from £23,600 to £27,950 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. It is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working 36 hours across Monday to Saturday to support branch operations.
