Job summary

UK Power Networks in Maidstone seeks a Disconnections Coordin­ator to oversee daily coordination and technical performance of a programme of electricity disconnections, ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality, and health and safety standards.

The role reports to the Disconnections Customer Services Supervisor and is a permanent position with a salary of £38,521 plus benefits and a 3% bonus. A comprehensive benefits package is provided including pension, travel schemes, and health support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily disconnections delivery to time, cost, quality and safety standards.
• Manage quotations and delivery timescales per regulatory processes and budgets.
• Provide high-quality service with zero customer complaints by meeting ICE and Broad Measure targets.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards across all activities.
• Prepare and submit progress reports; liaise with managers and external partners.
