Job summary

PepsiCo UK is recruiting a Supply Implant to drive joint supply chain initiatives with a key customer at the Morrisons Head Office in Bradford. You will manage end-to-end demand planning and fulfilment, develop trusted relationships, and ensure service levels through the customer’s systems.

Responsibilities include maximizing in-store availability, owning OTIF performance, and leading forecasting for all Walkers and Quaker products.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end supply chain for a major customer or portfolio.
• Ability to forecast demand and manage promotions across multiple products.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Maximise in-store availability and align inbound service performance (OTIF).
• Own OTIF between PepsiCo and customer systems and drive improvements.
• Forecast baseline and promotional activity, including range changes.
• Resolve failed orders and oversee inventory replenishment systems.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast accuracy using customer systems.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Field teams to meet objectives.
• Support JSP meetings and 30/60/90-day reviews with the customer.
