Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a senior leader to head the end-to-end Customer Collaboration across designated Discounter customers. You will drive service delivery, supply chain excellence, and strategic engagement by integrating customer insights into IBP planning and coordinating cross-functional teams.

As supply chain lead, you will provide strategic direction, lead continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams aligned with PepsiCo UK objectives and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, customer collaboration, demand planning, or customer operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain collaboration strategy for key Discounter customers.
• Build relationships with customers and senior internal stakeholders.
• Drive forecast accuracy and demand planning through collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, inventory, and satisfaction.
• Lead regular business reviews with visibility of risks and opportunities.
• Manage supply chain risks and deliver timely solutions.
• Support product launches, promotions, and range changes across functions.
• Champion continuous improvement of planning processes and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Act as SME for customer collaboration and future growth.
