Job summary

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Transport Contract Manager to lead a multi‑million‑pound UK transport operation, managing strategic 3PL partnerships and driving service, cost and productivity across a nationwide logistics network.

The role covers contract management of core transport, POD and Bought In Finished Goods operations, supporting service delivery, simplification and waste reduction while managing cost through contractual reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and contract governance.
• Proven track record delivering results in logistics, transport or FMCG environments.
• Strong project and change management capabilities with measurable benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of PepsiCo UK's ambient transport operation with 3PL partners.
• Drive performance improvements across the logistics network and manage risks to deliveries.
• Own budgets, invoices, cost control and productivity opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with 3PL providers, leading governance meetings.
• Lead backhaul and transport optimisation initiatives for efficiency and revenue.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects and productivity savings.
• Ensure robust POD management, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Oversee inbound Finished Goods movement into the UK for availability.
