Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to help achieve team sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure shop floor presentation, fixtures, displays, and stock areas are clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed in line with company standards.
• Complete transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and preparing deliveries.
• Utilise in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations.
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required.
