Job summary

DSL-MiniMed (UK) Limited in Watford is seeking a Customer Care professional for a 12-month fixed-term contract, operating in a hybrid office setting.

You will support order-to-delivery, collaborate with the Center of Excellence and field sales, and help improve processes while handling calls and emails.

Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP SAP and Salesforce (CRM)
• Strong communication and customer-focus
• Willingness to improve processes and lead projects
• Fluent English; additional language a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support in order-to-delivery processes.
• Provide professional support to the Center of Excellence and the field sales team.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle all incoming calls and emails in shared inboxes, prioritizing urgent inquiries and orders, and taking responsibility until resolution.
• Take charge of incident resolution and reactive communication with the client or patient.
• Contribute to improvement and standardization of processes (internal and external).
• Register and document client or patient details in internal systems.
