Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking a Customer Care Co-ordinator for their Loughborough office. The successful candidate will liaise between customers, site teams and maintenance operatives, organise repairs, and handle complaints.

The role involves visiting customers for complex queries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining defect records to support live developments and handover requirements. Ideal candidates will have customer services experience in housing or property sectors, strong

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer services role, ideally within the new build housing or property sectors.
• Ability to provide concise and accurate written or numerical reports when required
• Confident communicator both verbally and written
• Good computer skills (especially Word and Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage all communication and administration related to Customer Care.
• Visiting customers to deal with complex queries and issues.
• Resolve validated complaints efficiently, seeking direction when necessary.
• Coordinate appointments for Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and subcontracted trades.
• Update and maintain defect records accurately.
• Follow up with trades/suppliers for updates and bring persistent faults to the attention of the Construction and Technical teams.
• Create Homeowner Guides for live developments and ensure Handover Packs meet Housing Associations requirements.
