Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock movement, deliveries and back‑of‑house tasks. You will ensure stock availability, keep the store floor stocked and tidy, and collaborate across teams to maintain smooth store operations.

The role involves flexible shifts, with emphasis on early mornings and some late shifts. A proactive, digitally confident team player is essential in a high‑velocity retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to comply with health and safety policy.
• Physically demanding, fast-paced retail environment requiring stamina and attention to detail.
• Experience with stock, deliveries and store operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage stock and deliveries to ensure product availability.
