Job summary

Marks & Spencer in Greater London is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage driver of store activity. You will handle stock, deliveries and essential behind-the-scenes work to ensure shelves stay full, clean and ready for customers to shop.

This role is physically demanding and high-energy. You’ll move with purpose, be digitally confident to track deliveries, and work across teams to keep the store operating smoothly.
