Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking an Operations Assistant to support store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on stock handling, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor replenished and welcoming.

You will work evening shifts as outlined in the weekly pattern, be digitally confident to track deliveries and stock, and collaborate with colleagues across store functions to maintain pace, accuracy and customer service.
