Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to help keep stock flowing, deliveries on schedule, and the shop floor stocked and presentable. This role is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring focus, teamwork and a proactive approach.

Shifts include evenings and nights with a £3 per hour unsocial premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00. Applicants must be 18 or older and comfortable using digital tools to track stock and deliveries.

You'll be a key cog in a big machine, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store. Flexibility is vital. From early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day, you'll adapt quickly to keep things moving.This is a role for people who move with purpose.
