Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Customer Analytics Manager in Lancashire to join the CRO & Data team. You will ensure data accuracy and governance, while using analytics to drive insight-led decisions across CRM, Marketing, and Trading.

You will develop customer segmentation, support personalization strategies, and collaborate on data integration and customer identity initiatives. Strong communication skills are essential to translate data for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills required.
• Experience with data visualization/BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Experience developing customer segmentation and CRM personalization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Govern customer data to ensure accuracy and governance.
• Deliver insight-led decisions by translating data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Support CRM, marketing and personalization strategies through reporting and segmentation.
• Assist with customer data integration projects and identity resolution.
