Job summary

Henderson Group in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, is seeking a Customer Advisor to help run the store daily with a strong focus on customer service and smooth checkout operations.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

Any other duties as required for the role.

We have position in store working 12 hours per week, availability 6pm to midnight Monday to Friday and 6am - midnight Saturday and Sunday - weekend shifts will be required as part of this role

Up to £13.10 depending on your age & benefits (rate of pay from October will be up to £13.30 depending on age)
