Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time role in Northern Ireland. You will support store operations, assist customers, and handle checkouts with accurate transactions.

Shifts cover 6:00am–11:00pm Mon–Sun; evening and weekend availability is expected. Benefits include discounts and staff programs, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.

Part-time position available at 16 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 11:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, availability to cover weekday evening and weekend shifts will be expected.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.
