Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Nightshift Customer Advisor at Rossdowney. The role offers part-time hours (18–20 per week), Thursday to Saturday, 12 midnight to 6am, with flexibility. You will assist in daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service in a community-focused environment.

No prior retail experience is required as full training is provided. Applicants must be 18+ and available for night shifts; a competitive hourly rate applies with benefits.

Up to £15.35 per hour depending on your age, & Benefits.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

Working hours
