Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Customer Advisor for Spar Garvey in Lisburn (£13.10–£13.30 per hour, depending on age and benefits). The role is 16 hours per week, with shifts 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, in-store at 127 Longstone Street, Lisburn.

You will operate checkouts, replenish stock, merchandise products, and provide excellent customer service. You may also cover the Post Office when required.

• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Stock replenishment daily following stock rotation.
• Merchandise stock to enhance sales and ensure correct pricing.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.

Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

Don't worry if you have no previous retail experience, we'll provide you with all the right training.
