Job summary

Henderson Group is recruiting a Customer Advisor for our store in Northern Ireland. The role involves running checkouts, replenishing stock and merchandising to drive sales, with a need for flexibility across opening hours Monday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Ensure stock is displayed at the correct price using the Shelf Edge Label.
• Maintain a high level of customer service within the store at all times.
• May be required to cover the Post Office as part of this role.
• Other duties as required for the role.

Customer Advisor

Up to £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Positions available at 30 hours per week. Availability to cover shifts within the opening hours of the store, Monday to Sunday, 7am to 11pm with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
