Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor in Garvagh for part-time hours (16–24 hours per week). The role involves assisting customers, operating checkouts, replenishing stock, and ensuring accurate pricing and merchandising across our EUROSPAR store.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand customers' needs; advise on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Ensure stock is replenished daily and rotated; merchandised to boost sales.
• Ensure stock is displayed at correct prices with Shelf Edge Labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times; may cover Post Office when required.
• Perform any other duties as required for the role.

Customer Advisor

Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age & Benefits. Part-time positions available 16 - 24 hours per week, working within 6:00am - 11:00pm Monday - Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours

Part-time positions available 16 - 24 hours per week, working within 6:00am - 11:00pm Monday - Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss working hours and shift patterns in further detail at Interview.
