Job summary

Henderson Group’s EUROSPAR/Maxol Filling Station in Crumlin, Co. Antrim, is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor. This 8-hour-per-week role runs 3pm–midnight, Monday to Sunday, with some flexibility.

Pay is up to £13.10 per hour, depending on age and benefits, and the position reports to the store management team. You will help run the store daily, deliver excellent customer service, operate checkouts, replenish stock and ensure correct pricing.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.


• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.


• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.


• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.


• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.


• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.


• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.


• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience, we’ll provide you with all the right training.

Working Hours

Part-time permanent position available at 8 hours per week, working within the hours of 3pm-Midnight, Monday-Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required.
