Job summary

Henderson Group is hiring a Customer Advisor for the Eurospar Clough store. The position is a nightshift role with 30 hours per week, 10pm to 6am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, in Clough, Co Down. Pay is up to £15.55 per hour depending on age and benefits.

You will operate checkouts, replenish stock, merchandise displays, and may cover the Post Office when required. Aged 18+ is required. Training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to contribute to community activities

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure correct pricing and shelf labels.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• You must be aged 18 or over for this role (legislative purposes)

Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don’t worry if you have no previous retail experience, we’ll provide you with all the right training.
