Job summary

Henderson Group's EUROSPAR Rathgael Road in Bangor is hiring a Customer Advisor for a part-time, 15 hours per week role. You will work shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends, with flexibility up to midnight.

You will provide friendly, efficient service at the checkouts, keep stock fresh and well displayed, price-check items, and support the store team. Training is provided, and the role may involve posting/post office duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Occasionally cover the Post Office as required by the role.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Part-time permanent position available at 15 hours per week. Availability to cover morning, evening & weekend shifts within the hours of 6:00am - midnight, Monday to Sunday, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, flexibility to work until midnight will be required for this role.

A look into the role Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success
