Job summary

Boots is hiring a Customer Advisor to work on site in the UK. The role involves helping customers on tills, giving great product advice and promoting store offers, with training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

The hourly rate is £13.02–£15.10 across selected locations, with pay increasing after 6 months in role. You will join a team focused on delivering an excellent shopping experience, ensuring shelves are stocked, the store is clean and welcoming, and every customer leaves

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions and giving great advice on our fantastic products, recommending items they hadn’t considered or simply offering a basket.
• Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them - the more info we can give our customers the better.
• Help our stores run smoothly - this could look like ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service on our tills, or helping with our stock in in the stock rooms
• Work with other members in the team to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable to provide a store everyone can be proud of
• You will be provided with award winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service
