Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our Belfast stores. The role is onsite, with opportunities to assist on tills, advise customers, and support back shop operations. Training is provided and you will promote in-store offers while delivering a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Competitive hourly rate of £13.02–£15.10, increasing after 6 months, with a strong emphasis on customer care and accurate stock replenishment. Boots values flexibility and equality in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific. If an unaccounted period is longer than 28 days, an additional reference should cover it.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers and put them at ease; listening, answering questions and giving great advice on our products.
• Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them - the more info we can give our customers the better.
• Help our stores run smoothly - ensure right products displayed, provide great service, replenish stock.
• Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, keeping the store clean and presentable.
• You will be provided with award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
