Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to work on-site, assisting customers at tills, answering questions, and promoting products. You’ll help keep the store tidy, support stock rooms and work with the team to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Boots offers award-winning training, a supportive environment and benefits, with an hourly rate of £13.02–£15.10 and progression after six months.

• Full training is provided for this role and we are looking for people who excel in a varied environment, working at pace.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more, answer questions and give great product advice.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers; provide more information where possible.
• Help stores run smoothly by ensuring products are displayed, providing a great service at tills, and assisting with stock rooms.
• Work with the team to provide a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
