Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Customer Advisor to work on site with an hourly rate of £13.02–£15.10, increasing after 6 months. You’ll assist on tills, advise customers and help with stock, contributing to a friendly, efficient store environment.

You’ll join a team focused on delivering great service, with training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service and access to Boots benefits. Be a proud Boots ambassador in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Help customers and put them at ease; listen to learn about them, answer questions and give great advice on products.
• Promote in-store offers and schemes and provide information to customers.
• Keep the store running smoothly by ensuring products are displayed well, serving on tills, and assisting with stock rooms.
• Work with the team to deliver a great shopping experience and keep the store clean and presentable.
• Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
