Henderson Group, operating EUROSPAR Dromara in Northern Ireland, is hiring a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis. Pay ranges from £11.95 to £13.30 per hour depending on age, with 16–32 hours per week and shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

The role includes stock replenishment, checkout operation and delivering excellent customer service at all times. Full training is provided, and the group emphasizes values of ambition, customer first, teamwork and integrity.

• No prior retail experience required; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Listen to and understand customers' needs and advise on products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and ensure stock rotation is followed.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and display items with correct shelf prices.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• May cover the Post Office when required.
• Any other duties as required.

A look into the role

Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.

As Customer Advisor you will be required to:

• Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.
