Job summary

Neals Yard Remedies in Cambridge is seeking a Temporary Customer Advisor for the Christmas 2026 period, running from 2 November to 30 December 2026. You will join a friendly, collaborative team to provide high-touch customer service and build immediate rapport with shoppers.

You’ll support sales opportunities, offer expert skincare and wellness advice, tell stories about our natural products, and help customers find the best solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues.
• Clear communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during busy periods and maximize sales opportunities.

• Provide expert advice on skincare, wellness, and natural therapies to guide product selection.
• Tell stories about products to bring them to life and enhance customer experience.
• Be flexible with hours, including weekends, in a seasonal retail setting.

We're starting our countdown to Christmas 2026

Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and a natural at building rapport with customers. You will become an integral part of our team on the build up to Christmas 2026.

As our Temporary Customer Advisor, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers at this special time of year. This is a great time to work with our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You’ll be supporting them in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationships with a customer inspired approach.

You will learn from our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your ability to tell stories and bring our beautiful products to life.

These contracts will run from 2nd November to 30th December 2026
