Job summary

Neals Yard Remedies in Manchester is seeking a Temporary Customer Advisor to support our festive season at the Arndell Centre. You will help maximise sales, share skincare knowledge, and demonstrate products to guide customer choices.

Join a friendly team delivering high-touch service, with weekends and flexible hours expected during the period from 2nd November to 30th December 2026. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a busy retail environment.

We're starting our countdown to Christmas 2026
Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and a natural at building rapport with customers. You will become an integral part of our team, at the heart of the Arndell Centre in Manchester on the build up to Christmas 2026.
As our Temporary Customer Advisor, you'll be joining a friendly team making the connection between Neals Yard Remedies and our customers at this special time of year. This is a great time to work with our fun and collaborative team, who thrive on providing a high touch customer service.

You’ll be supporting them in maximising sales opportunities, using your warm and caring approach, to build lasting relationships with a customer inspired approach.

You will learn from our knowledgeable and friendly team who are passionate about sharing their experience on skincare, our products, wellness, and therapies, giving expert advice to guide customers in finding the best products for their needs.

You’ll be a real people person, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease, naturally friendly and approachable with a caring attitude and comfortable to demonstrate products.

This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your ability to tell stories and bring our beautiful products to life.

These contracts will run from 2nd November to 30th December 2026
