The role involves handling calls, emails, live chats and digital enquiries, using Lookers systems and CRM to convert opportunities into bookings and support sales and aftersales activities.

You will be at the front line, delivering high-quality service, with a focus on customer engagement and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident with technology and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work a rota including weekends/bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Book essential maintenance via outbound calls.
• Promote and sell service plans to retain customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities during bookings.
• Provide consistent, professional responses to all enquiries.
