Job summary

Henderson Group operates SPAR Hanwood, Belfast. We are seeking a Customer Advisor to support daily store operations and deliver excellent service. You will handle checkouts, stock replenishment, pricing, and basic merchandising while maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.

Part-time position with evening and weekend shifts; training provided. You will join a values-driven team and contribute to a friendly, busy store atmosphere, with opportunities for development and recognition for

Qualifications

• No previous retail experience required; training provided.
• Team members should have personality, energy and a positive attitude to deliver great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate all checkouts accurately and handle customer transactions efficiently.
• Replenish stock daily and follow stock rotation procedures.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and ensure correct pricing with shelf labels.
• Deliver a high level of customer service at all times in the store.
• Cover the Post Office when required as part of the role.
• Perform other duties as required by the role.

A look into the role Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times. As Customer Advisor you will be required to;

• Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
• Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
• Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
• To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
• You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
• Any other duties as required for the role.

Skills for Success

• Don't worry if you have no previous retail experience, we'll provide you with all the right training.

Up to £13.30 per hour depending on your age & Benefits Part-time position available at 16 hours per week. Availability to cover 4pm-11pm Monday-Friday and 6am-11pm Saturday and Sunday required.
