Job summary

Hrgo-Recruitment in Aylesham seeks a proactive Customer Accounts Administrator to support day-to-day operations across customer service, order processing, and accounts administration. The role combines bookkeeping with credit control in a busy office environment.

You will handle inbound inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records while liaising with internal teams to keep orders on track. AAT or similar knowledge is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounts administration.
• Experience with CRM/order processing systems.
• Strong communication and numeracy skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: answer inbound calls, respond to emails, provide order and account updates, resolve issues.
• Order Processing: enter orders, check pricing/details, liaise with customers, coordinate with internal teams, support bookkeeping.
• Credit Control: monitor overdue balances, note payments, respond to queries, escalate if needed.
• General Administration: maintain records, support wider office team, follow procedures and confidentiality.
