Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a driven Internal Account Manager to join our team in Oldbury. The role is permanent and office-based, with a 32,000 base salary plus bonus scheme and a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule.

You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, conduct proactive calls and account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver quotations and projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, maintaining regular contact to strengthen relationships and maximise sales opportunities.
• Conduct proactive account management calls and quarterly account reviews.
• Identify and re-engage dormant and down-trading accounts to recover lost business.
• Monitor customer purchasing patterns and market trends to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities within existing industries and customer sectors.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally from initial contact through to order completion.
