Job summary

TeamJobs - Commercial in Poole is seeking a Customer Account Manager to look after existing customers, handle enquiries and coordinate solutions across the business.

You'll work within a small team to provide product knowledge and support, with a clear focus on delivering excellent customer service and managing orders. This is an on-site, full-time role with a salary of £30,000–£31,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account support or coordination.
• Strong organisation and multitasking ability.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of queries.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries by email and telephone.
• Preparing quotations and checking pricing, stock availability and delivery information.
• Coordinating customer requests with internal departments.
• Resolving issues proactively, exploring alternatives when products are unavailable or delayed.
• Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems.
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Managing competing priorities and following enquiries through to resolution.
