Job Description

The Customer Account Co-ordinator will work closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless customer journey and contribute to business growth. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer records, providing feedback on customer trends, managing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, and:

• Providing accurate product and service information
• Resolving customer issues efficiently
• Building strong customer relationships
• Contributing to customer service strategies

Person Specification

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Key skills include:

• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
• Proficiency in CRM systems
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
