Our Global Accounts Coordinator opportunities are ideal to kick start your career with a well-established and highly successful global organization. We offer career development with full exam and study support, promotional opportunities, and a fully inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

You’ll support our valued clients by providing solutions to escalated insurance claims, resolving service issues, and gathering information to rectify problems. Your role is crucial in restoring client satisfaction by delivering messages of resolution.

You’ll host team calls with clients and brokers worldwide, take notes to understand requirements, and agree on action plans to ensure accurate and appropriate claims resolution information. You’ll support the wider business by communicating issues, escalating where necessary, and providing feedback to facilitate full resolution. Full system and workflow training will be provided to help you identify issues and trends effectively and efficiently.

While experience in administration or customer service within a financial or insurance company is preferred, we are also interested in candidates from other commercial backgrounds. Good Excel skills are essential due to the volume of information to record and analyze.

We seek problem solvers who enjoy challenges and providing solutions. Candidates with a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and a willingness to take responsibility will find opportunities for career development within Crawford.

Flexibility is important as there may be occasional travel and workload variations, especially during peak claims periods. Holding a customer service accreditation or similar qualification is beneficial but not essential; your passion and desire to help others are highly valued.

Note: Due to the nature of the role, a satisfactory basic DBS check is required.
