Full time hours - Monday to Friday (37.5hrs) - operating between 8am - 8pm
£25k basic plus commission (OTE circa £35k)
This is an exciting role to join a fast-paced sales team. Our client, a property services business are looking for Sales Executives/Lead Conversion Partners to manage inbound leads from consumers and internal customers. Your role will be to convert leads into sales, managing the lead from enquiry through to completion.
The key responsibilities:
This role is based over the phone, following up warm leads and converting them into sales, 80% of your time is expected to be spent on the phone
Fast-paced environment where you will manage your own workload and work toward daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
Dealing with a wide range of enquiries and advise on the best product to fit the consumer
Proactively managing data assigned to you in the CRM system
Communicating with a wide range of customers and internal departments
The ideal candidate:
Experience in telesales/customer service over the phone with some exposure to sales/lead conversion - passion for great customer service
Great IT skills with experience in CRM software
Excellent listening skills and time management
Experience working toward targets/KPIs
Great organisational and communication skills - excellent standard of written and spoken English
Some flexibility will be needed in working hours to suit business needs
