Job summary

Pertemps Black Country Perms is recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a Cannock-based client. You will manage key customer accounts from order through delivery, work with sales and internal teams, and ensure projects run smoothly with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role suits someone with experience in project coordination or account management, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple key customer accounts on a day-to-day basis.

• Liaise regularly with customers, providing updates on progress and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues and the external sales team.
• Monitor and manage stock allocated to customer accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to projects.
• Coordinate customer approvals for new product lines.
• Ensure clear communication across departments to keep projects on track.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting deadlines.

Our client, a well-established and successful business based in Cannock, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their busy and friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships and takes pride in ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on time.

As a Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing several key customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact from order through to delivery. Working closely with customers, the sales team and internal departments, you'll ensure projects run smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
