Responsibilities

• Intelligence Management & Threat Assessment: review and action SIRs.
• Counter-Corruption: identify internal threats and mitigate them.
• Escape Risk Monitoring: implement protocols for residents at risk.
• Contingency Planning: design and test emergency procedures.
• Access Control and Security Operations: manage movement and verifications.
• Incident Escalation & Post-Incident Reviews: report and update protocols.
• Audit Readiness: ensure compliance for HMIP and Home Office teams.
• Information Security: identify risks and report incidents.
