Job summary

Novus is hiring a Curriculum Manager at HMP Oakwood to lead curriculum development and innovative educational programs within a prison setting. You will drive strategies to engage learners, improve outcomes, and prepare inmates for successful reintegration.

The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) and part of the LTE Group, with Ofsted rating Good and strong pension and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification - Cert Ed or PGCE.
• Degree or equivalent education or life experience in learning.
• Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy required.
• Implementing continuous quality assurance procedures.
• Proven ability to work in partnerships and lead teams.
