Novus is seeking a Local Education Manager at HMP Birmingham to lead a dedicated education team in a permanent, full-time role. You will oversee 37 hours per week, shape educational strategy, and drive quality across the curriculum within a prison setting.

Formación

• Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE.
• Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
• Developing, leading and managing a team effectively.
