Job summary

Novus, part of the LTE Group, is seeking a Curriculum Manager to lead the development of engaging educational programs at HMP Oakwood. The role is permanent, full-time, and 37 hours per week, offering stability and scope to shape learner outcomes in a prison education setting.

You will work with teaching staff to drive curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and effective partnerships. The successful candidate will hold a Cert Ed or PGCE, a degree, and strong organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification - Cert Ed or PGCE is essential.
• Degree or equivalent life/career experience considered.
• Hold at least Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy.
