The Manchester College is seeking an innovative DigiTec Specialist Practitioner - Cyber Security to help shape our strategic approach to cyber security, emerging technologies, and future digital skills requirements.
Working closely with curriculum leaders, employers, and senior stakeholders, you will provide expert insight into the latest cyber security trends, threats, technologies, and industry developments. Your expertise will help inform strategic decision-making, strengthen employer partnerships, and ensure the College remains at the forefront of digital innovation and cyber resilience. Cyber security continues to be one of the most in-demand specialisms within the digital sector, with organisations increasingly reliant on experts who can navigate areas such as security operations, ethical hacking, network security, cloud security, and digital risk management.

This opportunity is based at our Openshaw Campus to join the our new DIGITECH Department as a Curriculum Innovation Specialist in Cyber Security. The role is offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract , working 35 hours per week on a full-time basis.
