Job summary

Imperial College London is seeking a Curriculum Data Officer to collaborate with stakeholders across the College to ensure programme and module data is accurately reflected in the University’s systems.

The role supports the single source of truth for the student academic lifecycle, transforms business processes, and improves the student and staff experience. Excellent Excel and data management abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining definitive records or complex information and keeping track of updates and amendments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain institution, programme, module and assessment data across internal/external systems.
• Ensure data supports CMA, OfS, SLC and HESA reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the College to reflect data accurately.
