Job summary

The role focuses on managing the Enrolment Management System, building dashboards in Power BI, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve enrolment operations and data-driven culture.

The Role

London Business School is looking for someone to join our Degree Education team as an Academic Planning & Delivery Manager (Data & Systems). You will play a key role in enhancing how we use data and systems to support world-class teaching and learning.

You will lead on the management and optimisation of key systems, including our Enrolment Management System, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and drives effective decision-making. You’ll analyse and interpret complex data, develop reporting tools and dashboards, and provide insights that shape planning and performance across programmes.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the School, you will also improve processes, support course enrolment operations, and help build a strong data-driven culture within the team.

We are looking for you to bring strong analytical skills, experience working with data and systems (such as Excel, databases or Power BI), and the ability to communicate insights clearly to a range of audiences.

Who We Are Looking For

• A specialist qualification in an area related to data or business analysis or working towards relevant professional qualification.
• The ability to break down complex issues and explain them in layman’s terms.
• Experience using PowerBI, Excel and databases to analyse and report on data.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, and stakeholders at different levels.
• Project management and process improvement skills and experience. The post holder may also hold a qualification in this area or be working towards one.
• Experience of producing recommendations and insights from data.
