The role emphasizes accurate data handling, collaboration with academic staff, and administration of examination schedules and accommodations during 38 weeks per year and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily updates and maintain accurate contact details in educational management systems.
  • Coordinate data management for new and departing students during non-standard transition periods.
  • Record and update scholarship information and manage related data groups for accessibility by staff.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to organize schedules for homework and teaching cover, ensuring equitable distribution and clear communication.
  • Support the administration of examinations, including scheduling and logistics, to ensure smooth operation with minimal student conflicts.
  • Engage with the Learning Support department to accurately document exam accommodations.
  • Prepare and manage detailed examination schedules and oversee invigilation arrangements, adapting for any unforeseen staff absences.
  • Handle the setup and administration of academic reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate report generation and distribution.
