Imperial College London is seeking a Curriculum Data Officer to ensure programme and module data are accurately reflected in the University’s systems. You will work with stakeholders across the College to support CMA, OfS, SLC and HESA reporting and drive data accuracy.
This is a full-time fixed-term post within Imperial’s data governance framework. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Curriculum Data Officer to work closely with relevant stakeholders across the College to ensure programme and module data is correctly reflected in the University’s systems.
This role is part of the delivery of an ongoing vision to provide the University with the single source of truth for the student academic lifecycle, transform business processes and provide improvements to the student and staff experience at Imperial. You will be responsible for the maintenance of institution, programme, module and assessment data across a range of internal and external systems. This data will include fields to support internal and external reporting requirements as part of CMA, OfS, SLC and HESA compliance.
We are looking for someone who will be able to join our small and friendly team as soon as possible.
This is a full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term post until 30.06.2027.
